BUSINESS MODEL

COOPETITION
The WeSave Merchants Initiative enables competing merchants to work together under a centralized, rules-based business model that adds value, market reach and profitability to individual merchants and customers.
Merchants cooperate with a coalition of their competitors that all contribute up to 10% of their sales (Coalition Marketing Fees) from WeSave member purchases.
These fees are run through a proprietary Revenue Distribution Engine (RDE) that fractionalizes each transaction and pays out everyone that participated in it or that support our ecosystem including customer rewards and referral fees, co-op marketing initiatives, managing the online micro-stores for each merchant partner, licensed software, processing and other third-party service providers, community contributions, a preferred stock dividend allocation "pool" and much more.

When merchants join an “open-loop program” and share their customer base, such as in an auto mall, studies show it becomes significantly more profitable.
